empty products faulty tv
The TV had some issues. It kept turning itself off every 10 minutes. It was quite annoying. Some products in the room were empty too. This was not what I expected from a so-called upscale hotel.

A Stay with Issues
blocked features cross contamination
The TV was a big letdown. It was advertised as a 'Smart TV,' but I could not access Netflix or YouTube. The hotel seems to have blocked these features on purpose. I also had issues with breakfast. The staff did not seem knowledgeable about allergens. I experienced cross contamination issues. It was disappointing. This impacted the quality of my stay.

adequate but flawed stay
parking charge notice unhelpful staff
the room had a fridge which was useful for storing medicine .
i encountered issues with parking charges even after paying at reception i received a parking charge notice weeks later this caused considerable stress i also found that some staff members were unhelpful creating an unwelcome atmosphere it seems breakfast wasn't included for my room type despite friends in lower-grade rooms having it included.

clean room friendly staff complimentary water
my beautiful king room was very clean. it was big and had plenty of space. complimentary water and biscuits were nice touches. i found the staff was efficient and friendly.
The onsite restaurant ran out of limes and mint. This was not ideal.

excellent stay
helpful staff courteous lady inviting entrance peaceful hotel
Issy, at the restaurant, was very chatty and helpful. I appreciate her attentiveness. the lady at breakfast was also very warm and courteous. Her service was perfect. the reception staff are always cute, and the entrance is inviting. i found the hotel to be consistently peaceful.
The toilet in the bathroom seemed too close to the wall. Sitting was a bit angled. it was a slight discomfort, not a major issue. i hope this minor detail can be addressed .

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the restaurant staff were attentive. The breakfast service was prompt. their friendly demeanor greatly enhanced the experience.
